I am plateauing (donapos;t care if itapos;s not a word) on 55kg. Have been here for pretty much since july -
i exercise twice a day, usually an hour cardio and hour small weights,
i live pretty much on salad, veges, fish, no fat milk, fruit around 12 cups of green tea a day (of course i donapos;t have ALL those foods everyday - i changed daily)

AND�i canapos;t and havenapos;t lost an ounce of weight - i always weigh myself every morning, just after i wake up and go to the loo.
itapos;s doing my head it, iapos;m going to go insane...corrrrection... I am insane. Ggrrr.


also... Anyone know how tall nikki hilton is?
